Those of you that have been to the Wilmslow festival in the past will know that we are usually blessed with good weather, and nice firm pitches, indeed last year we took out measures to guard against heat stroke! This year it seems we are not going to be that lucky, and although the forecast is ok for Sunday, the junior pitches are not going to be dry enough to park additional cars on. Therefore can we request that you car share where possible, and be prepared to park in the ‘green’ areas on the map that was sent to you, and walk down to the club. The bottom pitches will be more heavily effected that the Jim Everson pitches, where parking is available in the ‘ROK’ site next door.
My apologies for this but I am sure you can appreciate this is beyond our control.

Please find attached instructions, rules and map for this years Wilmslow Rugby Festival which will be held on Sunday 20 April.
Hopefully this information will cover all aspects of the event. However, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate in contacting me. Please note the map that covers the parking areas for the club and adjoining Jim Evison Fields is a bit dated but is still relevant as far as parking is concerned. Please can you direct the U11 and U12 teams to the Jim Evision Fields. If you are travelling by coach you should proceed straight to the club. Please let us know if you are travelling by coach so we can plan accordingly.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to our club festival next Sunday on what has come to be a major event in the North West rugby calendar. Good luck to you and your teams on the day and fingers crossed that the weather is kind to us.

"They did really well" said John, "and myself and all the parents are really proud of them". "They are all proudly showing off their medals and hopefully we can go on and win more now".
