Liverpool Collegiate U15s won the Lancashire Cup at the weekend beating Preston Grasshoppers 17-13.

Tries from Jay Hall, Michael Sexton and a crucial score from Jonathan Matthews won the game for Liverpool as skipper Tom Chadwick struck a conversion.

Sam Whyte opened the scoring for Preston with a controversial try which was converted by Oliver Farley, who also struck two penalties as Preston struggled to break down some superb Collegiate defence.

Well done to Mark, Mick and Fran, but especially to all the lads.
