This Sunday the boys are away to Widnes. They have said they are prepared to play two games, so all boys will get a game. Can you let me know if your son will be going, so I can give Widnes numbers for catering. Directions are below. Please note you will go past the club on the right, as we are playing on the fields opposite. There is plenty of parking at the Hough Green playing fields.

2. Turn Right on AIGBURTH ROAD(A561) - go 0.5 mi
3. Continue to follow A561 - go 1.8 mi
4. At traffic circle, take second exit onto SPEKE ROAD(A561) - go 0.4 mi
5. Continue to follow A561 - go 2.9 mi
6. Continue on SPEKE BOULEVARD(A562) - go 0.2 mi
7. Continue to follow A562 - go 1.0 mi
8. Take ramp

Training will resume on Thursday the 21st August at 6pm on the prom further down Riversdale road. A pre-season fitness program is available here. I would like the boys to do this daily before we start the season. Can you get the boys to fill in their scores and bring the sheets to training.
