This week is the third week of pre-season training which has involved a mixture of both fitness and skills based activities. If you haven't been down already, don't be shy!

With the 2nd, 3rd and 4th teams playing at the highest standard they have ever played at it is important that all players make the effort to attend preseason training regularly.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm on Otterspool Prom.
