The workshop is being run by the RFU national player development manager Ian Bletcher. The event is aimed at anyone who is involved with the club, especially players in the 16-23 age category, coaches and parents.

It is vital we get a good turnout as this workshop will help us move forward as a club by helping us to tackle the player dropoff in this age range. We will be given funding by the RFU to implement some of the ideas that arise in the workshop, provided the workshop is well attended.

The workshop will be held at the club on Thursday 23rd June 2016 from 6.30pm - all welcome.
