Liverpool Collegiate are extending the traditional warm welcome to students. Over the years Collegiate have developed a good relationship with the local universities which has resulted in a steady stream of talented and enthusiastic players who have proved to be a vital cog in the on-field success of the club.

A substantial number of our players are current students, with a healthy proportion being given the opportunity to play regular 1st XV rugby. Additionally plenty of club members are graduates who found us such a delightful bunch that they decided they could never leave!

Training sessions are held from 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season at our easy-to-find home, Liverpool Cricket and Sports Club.
If catching the bus a number of routes pass close to the club (82, 82A 80, 60, 61). The journey takes under 20 minutes from Liverpool City Centre, alternatively there are usually lifts available for those who need them.

For those who would like to ‘have a go’ with our 1st XV but are unsure if you could slot in straight away, then the competitive 2nd XV play to a high standard in NOWIRUL Division 1. Alternatively for those more interested in the social atmosphere of a thriving rugby club, then the 3rd and 4th teams provide a good dose of fun along with a full season of local rugby.

Our facilities are second-to-none and we have four competitive teams that can cater for all levels of ability, as well as providing a strong social atmosphere where you will be made most welcome. Student membership is priced at just £60 per year, and includes access to all facilities at Liverpool Cricket and Sports Club (gym, squash courts, tennis courts, cricket nets, etc).
