We will be sending 3 updates in a countdown to kick off with more information about the event. This email goes to every team / club organiser /supplier attending the Kirkby Lonsdale event so I apologise if it is not all relevant to yourself. Our website www.internationalminirugby.com has being updated yesterday with a full schedule of events and timings. A plan layout of the Kirkby Lonsdale grounds will be available on the website within the next two weeks

Here is the other news:-

All festival entry tickets will be dispatched to team organisers in the week beginning Monday 5 April. There will be no entry on the day(s) without a ticket.
REFEREES-Each team must have one referee who will not be refereeing, while their own team is playing.
There are varying numbers of teams in each group so it is an all league competition for most age groups with play off games for only a couple of groups.
For each age group there is a winners trophy and a runners up trophy.
All players that remain for the trophy presentation will receive an International Mini Rugby Series shield.
The playing schedule is not complete yet but play starts on Saturday 17 April at 10.30am.
On Sunday 18 April the playing schedule starts at 11.00am.
The last trophy presentation is at 3.15pm on Sunday.
The other FREE activities for all children aged 5-50 to participate in between rugby matches on Saturday 17 April are the Climbing Wall and Archery. The Climbing Wall will also be available on Sunday.
On Saturday 17 April from approximately 5.00pm until 7.00pm Kirkby Lonsdale RFC will be hosting a BBQ where the menu will be Burger or Sausage and chips + salad, and the vegetarian option will be Pasta with Cheese and Basil + Tomato sauce. Again, in order to help with food ordering please can teams pre-pay £3 per person for all those expected to attend. KLRFC will then provide the tickets to your team organizer on the Saturday morning for distribution to your families and players.
