1). All festival entry tickets were despatched yesterday by recorded delivery to team organisers home address and should arrive on Monday. There will be no entry on the day(s) without a ticket.

2). REFEREES-Each team must have one referee who will not be refereeing, while their own team is playing.

3). Campers at the venue-the campsite will be available from 4.00pm on Friday 16 April. The town centre is only a 7 minute walk away.

4). Car Parking-KLRFC operate a one way system-come in through the entrance on the left as you approach, follow the track round the first two pitches, which will be on your left, passed the clubhouse and as you start going uphill the parking is on the left and will be signposted. Please keep the roadway clear for emergency vehicle access.

5). Coach Parking-Those arriving in coaches-the coach parking is just before the clubhouse on the right.

6). The referees and coaches briefing takes place on Saturday 17 April at 10.00am.

7). Play starts on Saturday 17 April at 10.30am and finishes around 4.30pm.

8). On Sunday 18 April the playing schedule starts at 11.00am.

9). The last trophy presentation is at 3.15pm on Sunday.

On Saturday 17 April Kirkby Lonsdale RFC will be hosting a BBQ with the following food options:- Burger or Sausage and chips + salad, and the vegetarian option will be Pasta with Cheese and Basil + Tomato sauce. Already over 200 people have pre-paid to attend so please let us know very soon if you wish to take part. Tickets are £3 per person and cheques can be made payable to KLRFC. Tickets can be collected from John Anderson in the clubhouse on the Saturday morning.
