Today saw us take on the combined might of Tarleton and Liverpool St Helens. Game 1 saw Collegiate race in to the lead and our hosts were left chasing shadows as we ran in 5 tries in the first half. The second half was a tighter affair as the tackling from both sides improved and space was at a premium. Final score was 7-2 to Collegiate with tries coming from Charlie B, Elena, Josh and Sam L.

Game 2 was a more open affair and both teams played some good rugby with 6 tries coming in the first half and 10 in the second half. We saw a first try for new boy Dylan and a great one it was! Tries also came from Charlie B who showed his usual skill and strength, Ali,Jacob and Sam L who when he wasn't scoring tries was tackling everyone and anything that came his way. Final score was 10-6 to Collegiate.

A good all round performance today and it was good to see all the players getting involved. A well deserved Man of the Match to Sam L who puts everything into his game and today was no exception.
